Compliance Workshops and Training

Complying with public agencies’ affordable housing requirements isn’t always easy, but it is familiar territory for First Housing. State and local housing finance agencies, property managers, syndicators, private developers, and the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta have all depended on our expertise in ongoing compliance monitoring and consulting. We have provided compliance monitoring for the Florida Housing Finance Corporation (including the Multifamily Tax-Exempt Bond, HC, SAIL, SHIP and HOME Programs) since 1984.
