Icaria at Pinellas
Construction Complete

First Housing is excited to announce that Icaria at Pinellas has completed construction and the first new residents moved in on November 1, 2020. The beautiful Tarpon Springs apartment community is green-certified and consists of five garden-style buildings that include 236 market rate rental units. Amenities include a resort style pool, a clubhouse with an internet café and demonstration kitchen, and a 24-hour fitness center. The community has direct access to the Pinellas Trail and is close to the famous sponge docks that are part of the community’s Greek heritage. First Housing provided construction and permanent financing of $29+ million through the HUD 221(d)(4) insured mortgage loan program.  Additional funding sources included equity that was provided through the federal EB-5 Program. The community was developed by DDA Development, LLC in partnership with Atlantic American Partners.
